This Case Library and the Image Gallery have been developed to create a comprehensive library of cardiac images and clinical cases in echocardiography online.

With this unique tool we aim to promote and improve collaboration and knowledge sharing on cardiac imaging and related clinical experience. With the contribution of many international cardiologists, the archive will cover not only the echocardiographic field, but also all other cardiac imaging modalities.

To create a case, use the create button and login to My ESC . If you don't have a My ESC account, please create one here. If you have forgotten your My ESC login details, you may retrieve them here.
You will be asked to request access if this is your first case. You will be notified by email when your access will be open.
My Clinical Cases button allows you to view the cases you entered and edit the cases which haven't been completed yet.
