Registration Fees
The STANDARD registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Entry to all Scientific Sessions and the Exhibition
- Entry to the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, 6 May 2009
- City Reception on Wednesday, 6 May 2009 at the Stockholm City Hall
- Free healthy breaks
- The Abstract Book and the Final Programme
- 1 year subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation

Payment of fees
Payment can be made in Euro by credit card, bank transfer and or cheque. Euro and SEK (cash) will be accepted on site.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Refund of fees: a 25% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations up to Wednesday, 8 April 2009.
- After Wednesday, 8 April 2009, no refund will be given (including cancellation of social event).
- Name change requests before Wednesday, 8 April 2009 will be charged 50 Euros.
- No shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
- A fixed price of 35 Euros will be charged for the replacement of lost badges.
Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing.
EACPR Journal
Subscription to the European Journal of Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation for 2010 is included in standard fee registrations.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance are available from any Registration desk as from Friday, 8 May 2009.
Congress Badge
Delegates registered before Wednesday, 8 April 2009 will receive their Congress Badge in advance by mail.
This allows direct entrance to the congress.
Delegate Bag
Each delegate is entitled a Delegate Bag to be picked up from the dedicated desk in the Registration Area.
It contains the Final Programme, the Abstract Book/CD-Rom voucher, a notepad and pen and some Industry advertisement.
