The European Board for the Speciality of Cardiology (EBSC) formulates recommendations aimed at harmonising training standards in cardiology throughout Europe and raising these standards to the highest possible level.

EBSCEBSC initiatives include:

      • Diploma of European Cardiologist
      • Sub-speciality Accreditation: standardisation and recommendations
      • National training

The European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) accredits international CME (Continuing Medical Education)  programmes in cardiology, such as:

  • Events
  • Internet based courses
  • CDROMs
  • CME articles and texts.
